NATURAL PRODUCTS: Superfoods

Tying in with my Rawlicious post last week, I wanted to tell you a little bit about the Soaring Free Superfoods brand. For those who don’t know much about them,  Superfoods are “foods that are exceptionally high in vitamins, minerals and overall nutritional value. Eating superfoods helps to re-mineralise the body, minimizing the desire for snacking on sugar rich foods, helping the body get back on track with a healthy lifestyle”.

The main idea behind eating raw food, and Superfoods, is that you are putting substances into your body that are as close to Nature as possible. What’s particularly great about Superfoods is that because they are so incredibly high in nutrients, you don’t need to eat huge quantities to feel the benefits. A tablespoon of one or two of them in your smoothie in the morning, will make all the difference to your energy levels, your mood, your food cravings, etc.
